GENERAL COURSES

General courses are structured in five levels. Each level lasts approximately four weeks, depending on the student's pace. It’s possible to follow any of the levels, according to the previous knowledge and it’s possible to choose the length of the course. Classes take place from Monday through Friday, normally in the morning, although, depending on the number of students and on the capacity of the school, there might be classes in the afternoon. Lesson in-group last 50 minutes, private lessons 45 minutes.

Course 20
This course consists of 20 weekly classes in group, divided in 4 classes per day. The first two classes focus on learning the grammar and the last two focus on communication.

Course 30
This course consists of 30 weekly classes in group, divided in 6 classes per day. The first two classes focus on learning the grammar, the last two focus on communication and the two more are to practice the language and to reinforce what was previously learned.

Course 20+5
This course consists of 20 weekly classes in group, plus 5 private classes per week, the day will start with a private class whose content will depend on your needs, after that the classes in group will be distributed as such: two classes focus on learning the grammar, the last two focus on communication

Course 20+ 10 (DELE, ECCO)
This course consists of 20 weekly classes in group, plus 10 private classes per week. The organization of the classes is the same as in curso 20+5, but with one hour of private lesson at the end of the day. This course is geared towards the student who wants to prepare the exams for the DELE . (The Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language) diploma, the only official certificate for the Spanish language, awarded by the ministry of Education, Culture and Sports of Spain. These exams normally take place twice a year (May and November) and consist of 5 tests. The exams are divided in three levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced.
The diplomas E.C.C.O., issued by the Instituto de la la Rioja under the patronage of the Council of Culture and Education of la Rioja, is an official diploma for Spanish as a Second Language.
